Pad Thai

Thai as authentic as those found in any fine establishments in Bangkok.
We sauté the rice noodles with fresh bean sprouts, scallions, ground
peanuts, eggs and diced red tofu.
Panang Chicken
The all-famous Panang dish: We skillfully sauté the chicken in a
fine blend of coconut-peanut curry and finish the job with just the
right amount of basil.

Our
chef has created this uniquely appetizing recipe that will dazzle any
guests with a taste for crispy fried watercress that virtually melts in
the mouth after a bite or two. It
is carefully prepared with a mixture of tender chicken, succulent jumbo
shrimp, scrumptious squid, and selected cashew nuts topped by a
refreshing dash of spicy lime sauce - YUM!

We properly fry a selected whole fish until crispy, then flavor
